Loved this house and the location. I really liked how the third floor was big enough for an entire family. You could easily have two families plus grandparents in this house. Close to restaurants, Grayton and Seaside. I will consider this house again.

Lupine is by far one of the most spectacular beach homes I have ever visited. Secluded, spacious, gracious and welcoming, each room has its' own unique touch, making each guest feel that "their" bedroom or bath is the best! All beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is perfect for a large group. The balcony views are unlimited (bring binoculars)and dolphins and pelicans are frequent sights. The beach below Lupine is beautiful and perfect for sandcastle building on a grand scale. My family and I loved this house and hope to return frequently.

The home was absolutely beautiful and we loved the location - it is so close to everything. The home had all the ammenities you can ask for and we enjoyed it very much. I would love to have the closet space in my own home! One thought for others that rent it - is that to get to the beach, you must be able to climb a series of steps. The home sets up high, which makes for amazing views (including watching pods of dolphins), but it is not made for people who have trouble climbing. This did not inhibit our enjoyment, but could if this were an issue. We would definitely recommend to others (and I have)!
