Loved Jade East and condo.. Only complaint, the refrigerator would not stay cold. Called twice.

The condo was vey nice. Would recommend replacing the carpet in the living area,very soiled.
Was disappointed in Southern Resorts as we called one morning to report the washer was not working and all our towels were in it and to please have someone come fix it and bring towels. When we arrived back around 6:30 p.m. nothing had been done and NO towels. When I phoned I was told it was to late and there was no-one to bring towels, I would not accept that answer and finally it was agreed that someone would indeed be bringing them. That's no way to treat your guests!
Having said all that, we so enjoyed the views from the condo and would definitely return to Destin.

I sincerely apologize that we were unable to have towels delivered to you in a timely manner. This is certainly not our normal business practice and I will address this with my staff.
